  • CII Model Career Centre (CEO Role): Established 63 industry-led employment exchanges across India, sourcing over 1 million youth and providing jobs to 1.4 lakh+ candidates in just 5 years.
  • UEI Global Education (Co-Founder & COO): Set up 16 Centres of Excellence in hospitality and vocational training, standardizing pedagogy, raising funds through leading investors, and achieving operational break-even within 3 years.
